Double room in Eastville

Double room available for short-medium term let in Eastville, sharing with one other.

I am Lorna and I own my home in Eastville, near to Greenbank Cemetary and St George and Eastville parks.

I have a double room available furnished or part-furnished for a short or medium term lodger. I am also open to Mon-Fri lets at a lower rate to be discussed.

I have lived in houseshares throughout my life until recent years, and hope any lodger feels comfortable and at home in the house, and that we get on well as housemates.

The room is a large double, with a large window and fitted wardrobe/cupboard along one wall (lots of storage). There is a double bed. The bathroom is shared. The photos also show the rest of the house, please ask if you have any questions.

I would describe the vibe as peaceful and quiet. I enjoy seeing friends, going to gigs, I often have one or two friends over for dinner or the like, but its rare I have a lot of people over.

I play a lot of tennis in the parks, and spend a lot of time on my garden when the seasons allow. So there is often homegrown fruit and vegetables!

When I am at home I am often pottering around doing something, listening to a podcast.

Also living here is my cat Florence. She is very friendly and playful. We cannot house any other pets unfortunately, as Florence is a solo queen.

I am a vegetarian, so would want to live with another vegetarian if it were a longer term arrangement. For shorter term lets i. e. less than 2 months, this isn't so important.

Overnight guests maximum two nights a week.
Smoking only in the garden.
