We have two newly renovated double rooms available in our lovely home in BS5.

We are currently filling three rooms in the house (these two double rooms and a separate top-floor attic suite), making this a wonderful opportunity to join a fresh, friendly household and help build a great group dynamic from day one!

The Rooms
Room 1 (Middle floor, Large Double): £690 per calendar month

Room 2 (Ground floor, Standard Double): £660 per calendar month

The majority of the house and both rooms have been freshly decorated.

Each room comes fully furnished with:

A comfortable New double bed with drawers and new mattresses

A spacious wardrobe and drawers

A bedside table

A desk and chair

The House & Vibe
This is a 5-bedroom house designed for comfortable, collaborative shared living.

Living in the house for nearly three years now are Gemma and Chris (housemate).

Chris is a graduate in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation working for the Avon Wildlife Trust. He loves music (plays guitar and bass), swimming, hiking, gardening, and board games.

Gemma is a freelance stage manager and theatre technician. Her hobbies include photography, nature, herbalism, music, and travel.

This is a very easy-going, respectful home. We are looking for someone friendly, clean, and tidy who is happy to pitch in with keeping the shared spaces lovely.

The Bathroom: You will be sharing the newly renovated, modern main family bathroom with Gemma, Chris, and the other double room housemate (the top-floor attic room has its own private ensuite).

The Location
Superbly located just off Muller Road/M32.

Bus stops are right outside the house for easy trips to the City Centre and Temple Meads.

Local Area: A short walk to the independent pubs, cafes, and organic shops of Montpellier and St. Werburghs. Just over the road are fields, woods, a lake, and a park for lovely walks and bike rides.

Very close to Eastgate Retail Park (Tesco, IKEA, PureGym, Marks & Spencers etc).

Bills: Rent includes Council Tax, Communal Tv License, water, and fast fibre broadband. Gas and electricity are split equally among housemates and managed internally by Chris (housemate) to keep things simple (approx. £33pcm each).

Council Tax Band: B (Paid for by the Landlord)

Occupancy: Single occupancy only (due to HMO licensing limits). No couples, please.

HMO License: Fully licensed and approved by Bristol City Council.

Tenancy: Rolling periodic tenancy.

Pets: We are big animal lovers (and the neighbor's friendly cat is a regular visitor here!), but because this is a shared house with shared communal spaces, we unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs or larger free-roaming pets. Small, caged pets or exceptionally house-trained indoor pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Who we are:
My name is Chris (the owner/manager) and I live next door with my wife Jade and our young family. We are friendly and very easy-going landlords. Because we live right next door, we are just a short walk away if you ever need anything sorted quickly. We also manage the house share next door, which is home to four lovely, quiet professionals.
