Hello,
I'm looking for 1 more person to move in with me from August 2027, the house is located in Eastville Park.
The rent is £600 per person per month, and bills are not included but are relatively cheap, they are approximately £50-80 per person per month. The tenancy starts on the 15th of August 2027.
There are plenty of shops nearby including a large Tesco and Ikea which are within a 10-minute walking distance. The nearest bus stop is around a 2-minute walk away with plenty of transportation links which reach the city within 10 minutes.
