Modern new build house with three professionals looking for a friendly fourth housemate. Students strictly not accepted by letting agent.

Only looking for a new housemate as I am moving in with my partner. It is ready to move in as soon as possible.

The house is a bright and spacious four bedroom, three bathroom new build, with fast internet. It has a large living area and clean modern kitchen with fitted appliances. A garage with plenty of storage, a front driveway and a rear driveway infront of the garage.

The room for rent is the smallest of the house and due to this most housemates have used the space just outside on the landing for extra storage space - bathroom in pictures is shared with one other person.

We are a sociable, easy going and welcoming group of friends with a wide range of interests. The housemates consist of three other males aged 27-32.

30 mins from Bristol city centre on the metro bus or cycling, or about a 15 minute drive. There are good links to M4/M5/M32 motorway.

Rent is £408 a month.
Council tax £74.25/month
Internet £8.96/month.
Water, gas, elec around £25-£40 per month depending on usage.

Room is unfurnished.
