Hello, we are Denis and Nancy. We are professionals working full time in electronics and healthcare and we are offering our large double room, professional females preferred.

Our home is a quiet low noise environment in a cul de sac. There is easy access to the cycle path and M3, 48/49 bus routes.

The house is clean and recently modernised, all the comforts you would expect are included in the rent including fast WIFI, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.

Your own parking space is available on the driveway should you require it. All bills are included in the rent advertised.

The room is also available as a Monday to Friday with a pro rata reduction.
