Bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, cupboard, a set of draws, a side cabinet, mirror and space under the bed.

Utility room has a washer, drying line available indoors and outdoors. Garden and patio with table and chairs to eat at just outside the kitchen.

In the kitchen you may have 3 draws and a cupboard. Half of the fridge and freezer. Three shelves and three draws. Use of the induction cooker, sink, kettle, oven and microwave. Happy to share cleaning equipment and consumables (soap, sponges etc).

Off street parking available. Big garden.
Some dry storage space available.

Close to Southmead Hospital, The Mall and city centre, Abbey Wood Train station and Bristol Parkway. Employers such as BAE / Airbus and Rolls Royce.

<5 minute walk to the no. 75 bus stop which goes straight through and across Bristol every 20 minutes or so. Takes me around 30-45 minutes to get into town by bus in the rush hour.

I regularly work from home in the 3rd bedroom 3-4 days a week. But occasionally go to the office.

I regularly walk dogs and they may visit the house. So you would need to have no issues with dogs.

I've had 8 lodgers in the past ten years. So pretty used to it and laid back about things. I just ask you to keep regular communication, and don't be a hermit :)
