Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful 4 bed house due to work relocation - I am very sad to be leaving this place and my housemates behind! You would be taking over my tenancy for a minimum period until the start of April. When you will then have the option to choose to stay in the house and renew your tenancy with the landlord, or leave if you wish!

The room is a spacious double ensuite with lots of storage space. The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. With large windows and lots of natural light it is a great space for living and/or working from home.

Property consists of 4 double ensuite's, large kitchen, large dining space with separate lounge/living area and massive garden with BBQ and garden furniture. All the current housemates are wonderful people, and all have professional jobs at companies such as Airbus. There is space for 3 cars on the private driveway.

Nearest train station (Filton Abbey Wood) - 7 minute walk

15 minute walk from Abbey Wood retail park, home to an ASDA superstore, gyms, restaurants and fast food chains (McDonalds, Greggs). Lots of beautiful pubs just a short walk away too (The Crafty Cow, Inn on the Green).

Rent is £675 and bills (water, electric, broadband and council tax) generally comes to around £100 on top. Making overall total £775 per month. Deposit for the room is £778.

The room will be available from the start of the new year, however can be made available earlier (from mid December) if required.
