I am a live-in landlord with an 3 bedroom house offering one double bedroom to rent. We have a spacious kitchen available for use, as well as a downstairs toilet.. The bathroom features both a bath and an overhead shower for your convenience. The bedroom is fully furnished and features a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a television. There is also space available for a desk if needed. Additionally, we have storage cupboards for your belongings.
Currently, I reside here with my daughter. Our household is clean, friendly, and respectful, fostering a non-judgmental environment. We are seeking a female student/ female to join us, and we have welcomed many lodgers in the past. All bills are included; however, you will need to handle your own food shopping. Parking is available outside the house on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, there are numerous shopping options nearby, including Aldi, Morrisons, and a post office, as well as chemists. A bus stop is conveniently located outside the house, providing easy access to the university.
