We are looking for a female tenant to join our house in Filton, short walk from souhtmead hospital and just by Filton Avenue, close to all buses to and from city centre. We are couple and a guy living in the property, we look for someone long term and that is willing to look after the house and be responsible as we rent the house as a whole property. Rent is £1550 to split in 4 plus bills which are quite cheap.
