Hello we are a group of 3 people renting a house in Filton and we are looking for one more tenant female to join us. House is fully furnished and the room available is double room fully furnished, bed, mattress, desk , wardrobe and chair. Rent 387.50£ each plus bills. Summer time bills around 70-80£ each, winter 100-130£ each as these can vary based on consumption. We have a huge garden where we relax and do bbq in summer time. Parking off street.
