1840’s terraced cottage has all mod cons in kitchen dining room, a cosy living room, wireless internet access and a lovely quiet garden.
The bedroom is medium sized with a good-sized single bed, desk, shelves and storage space.
Location is 2.6 miles from Bristol city and bus or train station. It’s on a direct bus routes to town, UWE or Southmead hospital etc.
Easy access to motorway connections
Free on street parking
Lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, all close walking distance.
House is located in a quieter area of Fishponds, with a friendly neighbourhood.
Close walking distance to the river Frome and snuff mills for rural walks

All bills included except council tax, variable depending on if you are a student. (£585 if a student. £635 if not)

Im looking for someone friendly, and also happy to have our own space and privacy. Cleanliness is important to me, to take on your share of keeping the house clean, and if you've an interest in gardening that would be great.

I’m ideally looking to live with someone long term to share my house with so we can both feel like we have a stable home. I have a partner who lives nearby so you can enjoy having space when I stay there too and I would need to feel I can trust you to look after my home.

For the next 5 months you would be living with another female house mate who is lovely, friendly and considerate.
