We are a one parent, one child household, with a vibrant social circle, a love of music and the outdoors. We already have one housemate and are looking for a second.

Large kitchen/diner, fridge freezer, washing machine, also a dishwasher. A living room looks out onto a leafy view, also home to an upright piano. There is a lawned garden, patio and secure lockable store for bikes. Parking space outside property.
Local shops/pubs and supermarkets a 5-10min walk from the house
Great access to Bristol City Centre on bus routes and (20-25 min cycle ride) via Bristol-Bath cycle route. (15 BIKE RIDE TO UWE campus through the Oldbury Court Estate.
Cleaner once per week. Please note this house will suit those that enjoy a clean and tidy environment.
