House Mates
We pride ourselves on the warm atmosphere in the house. Both friendly and respectful of personal space.
We enjoy socialising, movies, food, rugby and a good night out with the odd brunch/BBQ at home with friends.
The current housemates consist of myself and Tom. We split our time between Bristol and Winchester. So you would see us on and off.
Anna works Monday to Friday. She is in Bristol full time so you will see a lot more of her.
We have a very friendly cat called Stevie.

Tenant
The room would suit a professional or a mature student.


Rent and Bills
£685 for rent and £115 for bills= £800 per month, including a fortnightly cleaner
Deposit is 1 months rent kept in DPS.
