I live at the flat but spend a lot of time at my partners, and I’m looking for an individual or couple to rent the spare room

I’m an experienced host, and I’ve had four lodgers over the last 5 years, most of which have become long term friends.

There’s an off street parking space, locked bike storage, and it’s a 5 minute walk to the bus route into the city center

The room is available from November. £800 for an individual/£900 for a couple. All bills are included with fast wifi (100mbps+)
