Large, beautiful, private, en suite loft room with extensive park views in Fishponds, Bristol
House has one female adult,, 2 children, 13 and 17, and an adult male that stays some weekends. Positive, caring and fun atmosphere. Lovely garden. We have 1 friendly cat and one dog, a friendly collie cross, so a tolerance of animals is essential! We also like music, debate, films, nutrition, wildlife and gardening when we have time! We are both in education as a teacher and lecturer.
Loft room is mostly furnished but we can be flexible if space is needed for the odd piece of furniture/ bed etc.. En suite shower room. Kettle and microwave can be used in the loft room so it is fairly self-contained. Lodger can cook downstairs if required.
Cycle path close by at Morrisons and easy access to city centre via the 48a bus.
Viewings available after 6pm week days and during the day at the weekend. Available from 1st November 2026. 6 month let ideal. Feme, professional only. Deposit required.
