I am looking for a housemate to share my house. It is a lovely big newly-decorated room & Lawn Road has a community vibe, great neighbours, easy parking and even boasts a small park.

I have recently moved back to Bristol from London, and am in the process of making this house home again. I work as a uni lecturer and my cat, Nutmeg, also lives with me, so it would be ideal if you like (or tolerate) cats :)

I would ideally like to rent the room to another professional, who is fairly relaxed / chilled & wants a home rather than just another houseshare.

The price is £600 P/M and includes bills. The house's location is a particularly good bet if you need to use bus services for UWE, the city centre, Southmead Hospital etc, as there are really good links.
