Single room in family home from 8th July

Hi there.

I live in my house with my 13 year old daughter, Clover. We’re looking for a female lodger.

Clover is at a secondary school nearby and I’m self employed, working from home most days.
We’re both fairly busy, but you can mostly find us in the evenings cooking, hanging out around the dining table, doing homework, playing board games, cards, guitar, pottering about, maybe watching a series of something or a film.
Our place isn’t ideal for someone who wants to have a social home, although we’re quite social.
The room comes inclusive of all bills and with full use of kitchen (where there is a table to eat at), washing machine, bathroom, garden and snug studio in the garage.
We have a cat Chilli, who is very friendly and loves to meet new people!
