We have a large double room in an all-male student house available for a student.

The house is a six bed Victorian house, two of which are en-suite, on a popular street in Fishponds.

The kitchen/sitting room leads out on to the garden at the rear of the property. This house has modern furniture throughout, large TV in the living room, fibre broadband and TV points in all the bedrooms.

A great student house - always very popular. Useful corner shop on the end of the road and a minute’s walk to the bus stop.

All applicants must have a UK-based guarantor that earns 3 x the annual rent.

All bills inclusive. This includes gas, electricity, broadband, water, and TV licence. Non-students will have to pay council tax. Please check with Bristol City Council for the rate you will have to pay if you are applying as a non-student.
