Short term / Monday to Friday let in Fishponds

Comfortable double room in my lovely house.
I'm looking for short term let's and or Monday to Friday let's. The rent in the advert is for 4/5 days, I'm prepared to negogiate a rate based on the number of dates per week.
I'd prefer a female.
I'm a retired teacher, me and my small dog love our home and garden.
We are close to the Fishponds road with at least 3 supermarkets within walking distance, as well as loads of takeaways, restaurants and pubs.
The transport links are great 5 mins by car to the M32 and good bus routes into the city and out to Filton and South Glos.
If your preference is nature and the great outdoors, it's just a matter of minutes to Eastville Park and the Frome Valley Walk way. Here you can walk, run or just chill.
