Refurbished property available for female lodgers

Hello/Salam!
I am seeking x2 female lodgers for a 3 bed house in fishponds. Bus stop is 10 min walk away, with quick commute to city centre, southmead hospital, and UWE. There are plenty of amenities in walking distance, and a masjid 1 min walk away.
I will only be at the house on occasional trips to Bristol as will be based in London most of the time.
Each has their own room, fully furnished, new mattresses etc. The place has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. There is also space for storage if required.
I am very flexible, respectful, and clean and am seeking lodgers who are the same in their consideration of others (and cleanliness).
I am a practising Muslim, so there is no alcohol, smoking, or non-halal meat or pig meat allowed in the property.
Some bills included, but not gas, electric, or water (which is based on usage).
