I’m a professional who really values the comfort and peaceful atmosphere I’ve created in the flat. I sometimes work from home, enjoy a balance of socialising and personal space, and I’m still discovering the area myself after moving here last summer.

The flat has a calm, grounded feel, with lots of plants and natural textures. My next projects are the hallway and, next spring, the patio — which will be set up as an outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

The location📍
• Tucked away in a very quiet double cul-de-sac
• Walking distance to Fishponds High Street (shops, cafés, amenities)
• Right next to the Bath–Bristol cycle path
• Around 15 minutes by bus to the city centre

I’m looking to rent out my guest room for 2–3 months (with some flexibility for the right person).
It’s a large, furnished double room with a desk area, and all bills are included.

A couple of important notes (potential deal-breakers):
I live with my cat Obi who he’s affectionate, sociable, and will quietly judge you 😺
I’m also vegan, which I know isn’t for everyone and may require a bit of adjustment in shared spaces.
