Looking for roomate to replace tenant 2026-27

Looking for a future housemate to fill a room in a furnished 6-bed property for the 2026/27 academic year.

The room available is shown in the pictures. It is a double bed but we can change it to a single if you want more floorspace.

The house is a 6 min walk from Glenside campus in fishponds, BS16 1TB. We are also 30 minutes by bus to Frenchay campus and 45 minutes by bus to the city.

15 minute walk from main Fishpond street that has shops/grocery.

Featuring a large living room with a TV, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers inside as well as a garden and a shed. Each room has a double bed and a desk.

We are a diverse, queer friendly group of 2 girls and 3 boys who have a range of music taste, we are foodies and we all love a side quest adventure out but mostly do home-body chill, chatty nights in (420 friendly)

Our typical night is sitting in the living room with ambient lighting listening to or making music while we ‘garden’. Sometimes we watch a movie or tv series, or even play games on our console - we are looking to get more consoles soon as well. Would love to have another creative or musical person in the house.

Our most recent adventure was going into the Bath mines and exploring the inside, being toured by an actual official miner who joined us to ‘garden’

We have a cat as well who’s very chill and likes to follow on walks around the neighbourhood. He has been approved by the landlord so don’t worry :)

Rent is £165pppw including bills, the tenancy is from the 2nd of July - 30th of June .
