Large living room with TV and Netflix. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large decked area and garden. The garden shed offers enough space to store a bike.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner including washing machine and dishwasher.

Location
The house is in walking distance of Fishponds Main Street, and access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and other amenities. There are good transport links into Bristol City Centre and South Glos. It is also close to the Bristol and Bath cycle path.

There is public parking in Ivy Lane.
