Large Double Room in Fishponds – Near UWE

Hi,

I have a spacious, newly built and fully furnished double room available in a friendly home in Fishponds. The room is very large (approx. 5.5m x 3m), bright and airy with lots of natural light, and offers plenty of space for a sofa, desk and table, plus good storage (as shown in photos).

The home is shared with me and my two boys (8 and 12). We share care 50/50 with their other mum, so the house is a lively family home part of the time, and calm and quiet the rest.

We also have a friendly rescue dog (Raven) and a cat (Gioia), so it’s important that you’re comfortable around animals.

I’m a fitness instructor and we lead an active but relaxed lifestyle. We’re usually early risers during the week, and evenings are quiet and easy-going.

Close to UWE Frenchay and Glenside campuses
Short distance to Fishponds Road (shops, cafés, supermarkets)
Near Eastville Park and Oldbury Court Estate
Good bus links to Bristol city centre

Looking for:
A respectful, tidy and easy going person who is happy living in a part-time family home.

Overnight guests aren’t part of the setup initially, but I’m open to discussing this over time.
