Large Master Bedroom — £550 + bills

Double Bedroom — £500 + bills

A good-sized double bedroom measuring approximately 3m x 3.7m. Southfacing overlooking the garden to the rear of the property.

Both rooms can be furnished, however if preferred, space for your own furniture can be provided too.

Rooms could be rented out seperately or to two friends looking to make a home or a couple hoping for more space or their own private leisure/WFH space. The rooms will have one occupier each so couples would need to be seeking renting both together.

About us and our set-up

I'm Esther (she/her, 31) and I purchased and renovated the house last year and live here with my baby Ava. Ava and I have our own private cabin in the garden, so the house doesn't need to exclusivlely follow the flow of a little one. I'd love there to be creativity, great food and music (there's a potential soon to be addition of a piano). It's also really important to me that the sapce is clean and tidy and, of course, a vibrant and nurturing space for Ava.
Day to day, the house is relaxed, with a mix of doing our own thing, pottering around, and hubbub of friends popping in for a cuppa or some food.

I work at a charity in Easton that supports asylum seekers and people who have migrated through pregnancy, birth and early parenting. I'm easing back into work over the next few months.

I enjoy gardening, yoga, pottery, music, cooking good food and getting out into green spaces.

2-minute cycle to the bike path
On the number 6 bus route, plus lots more from Fishponds

Money

Large Master Bedroom: £550 per month + bills
Double Bedroom: £500 per month + bills
Bills are shared separately between the household and amount to around £130 per person.
Deposit: one month’s rent
