Single room in Family Home -weekday let

A comfortable single room is available in a welcoming family home, ideally located close to UWE and just a short walk from Eastville Park. The location is well connected with the 46-49 express buses running services to the city centre every 10 minutes during the day and every 30minutes overnight (24hrs). We have a driveway so off street parking is also available if required.
The room is bright and well-presented, perfect for a female mature student, NHS staff, visiting lecturer or professional looking for a calm and convenient place to live during the week. The room has a bed, desk (not pictured but there is one!), chest of drawers and small wardrobe.
Sharing with myself and my teenagers (16 & 19), although my 19-year-old will be away at Uni most of the time during term-time. We also have a friendly cat. You will have access to the kitchen-diner and if required you can have use of your own fridge as well as a space in the cupboards. We have a comfortable living room which you would be welcome to share with us to watch tv or relax and also to make use of the south-facing garden and outdoor sitting to relax in the evening. Not suitable for couples or for working full-time from home.

Rent can be billed monthly or on a weekly for £75, for short term requirements (this is a Mon-Friday let) and is payable in advance.
