The house has been newly refurbished.
The bedroom has with a double bed, wardrobe, light and a view out to the garden.
The living room, kitchen (has all the usual amenities) and bathroom would be shared with myself . There is also a nice size garden.
All amenities (Co-op, Aldi, Morrisons, Superdrug etc) available close by on the main Fishponds Road and good bus links into the city centre. Ideally situated close to M4 & M32 giving easy access to Aztec West, MOD-abbey wood, Science Park, Filton, Bath.
There is Parking available on the driveway.
Oldbury Park is about a 5-10 minute drive away so if you like walking/ running this is ideal.
