Garden facing double bedroom in social house

Hi all! We have a lovely, light and spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden available in our friendly 3 bed house on the Eastville-Fishponds border.

The room has loads of storage, a desk, office chair, and large window. There is a bathroom on the same floor shared with 1 other housemate (f25).

We're biased, but the 3 of us love our home and we hope you do too! Some of the things you can expect are:
- 3 housemates who are active, sporty, and outgoing professionals, who love to cook, chat, and watch movies or play board games (1 geologist, 1 natural scientist, and 1 science teacher turned carpenter)
- a sweet, bouncy 8.5 month old Vizsla puppy who is a very good boy and loves people
- storage space in the sizeable secure shed, including space for bikes
- the Bristol to Bath cycle path right behind the house
- all bills included
- fortnightly cleaning of communal spaces included in the rent as a minimum
- plentiful on street parking

Between the bike path and buses we have great transport links here. Bristol centre is 15 minutes by bike (almost entirely car free) and 20 minutes by bus. UWE Frenchay campus is 20 minutes by bike or a 10 minute drive.
