My name is Matt, I am originally from Bristol and I am 27 years old. I work full time in the construction industry. I have a 1 year old Jack Russel/ chihuahua who is extremely friendly.
I have a lovely double room to rent in my two bed flat, situated in the heart of fishponds. Their are a range of buses available, opposite the flat. with stapelton road train station near by. Their are a range of shops, such as Aldi, Morrisons etc
The ideal candidate I’m looking for is a friendly working professional. If you’re big on music or play instruments, then you’re already at an advantage but not essential.
I usually spend my time working, if not I’m at gigs/ socialising with friends and would love to find someone that could join
I enjoy cooking for housemates and am respectful when you need some down time.
The flat is semi furnished and plan on decorating/ investing in the house to make it stand out further.
Bills are not included, it’s council tax band A with bills on top
