Double Room in Stapleton with 2 Dogs

Double Room Available in Stapleton (BS16) – £600 Bills Included – Available June (Earlier Move-In Possible)

We have a small double room available in our lovely house in Stapleton, ideally located between Snuff Mills, Eastville Park and Stoke Park. Great for anyone who enjoys being close to nature while still having easy access to Bristol city centre.

The house has an open-plan kitchen/diner, garden, two cosy sitting rooms with log burners, a shared bathroom, and easy on-street parking. There’s also a direct bus into town and the express bus from Begbrook takes around 10 minutes.

The room currently has a double bed, though you’re welcome to bring a single bed if you’d prefer more space. Extra storage is available in a hallway cupboard if you wish to use this for clothes etc.

You’ll be living with me and my partner Amy, plus our two 6 year old spaniels. They’re super friendly and love a cuddle but energetic, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable around dogs and ideally has experience living with them.

We’re a relaxed and friendly couple who are pretty quiet during the week with work but love a walk to the pub at the weekends. Because the dogs are home during the day, the room is probably not suitable for WFH.
