Large room available in Fishponds area in 3 bedroom house. Looking for a female tenant who is a working professional aged between 24-30 to join the household from the 24th of July (rent will be paid from the 5th of August). We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly.
The room is situated on the ground floor and comes unfurnished however I am looking at giving away my bed and chest of drawers for free and am more than happy to leave this for the new tenant.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Lidl, Morrisons and ALDI and a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the centre.
You will be living with Poppy (25) who works as an accountant and Vas (24) who is a chemist. We’re a very quiet household who gets along really well and would like to find someone who will fit in well in our household environment.
Rent is £700 a month (bills included)
