CURRENT FLATMATES

We are a sociable house and have been living together for the last two years. We enjoy running, a pub quiz, cricket and football. As a flat we go out to the pub every so often, sometimes go to a cricket or football game, and have some chill nights in watching movies together. Very occasionally we will do a proper night out, we are respectful of everyone's space and keep the flat tidy and clean.

THE ROOM

Fast internet throughout, ideal for working from home, with a corner desk already set up in the bedroom. The room also comes with a set of drawers, and the double bed shown.

THE FLAT

The flat has its own private entrance, separate from the main house. It has wooden floors throughout, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a Neff hob and oven, and a large Samsung fridge freezer.

The spacious bathroom has both a double ended bath and a separate 1200mm wide shower with a mains rainfall shower.

The flat comes furnished, with plenty of good storage.
