South facing room

This is a lovely large double room, south facing looking over the large garden allowing lots of space between us and the neighbours. The house is location opposite oldbury court, giving us a sense of space in the front side of the house.
We are a family of 4, myself 43, my husband 45 and two boys aged 4 and 7.
We have had lodgers for years and are all used to sharing our space and getting to know new lodgers. We are looking for someone who wants affordable accommodation in return for the room with access to the kitchen and shared bathroom. We ask that the kitchen is not used between 7-8am and 4-7pm, we are happy for our new lodger to access the kitchen at these times but ask that full meal preparations are carried out outside of these hours. During these times we are in full on family mode and it’s better for everyone if we have the kitchen at these hours. Our new lodger will not be invited to share our living space, only the kitchen. However, the room is large and comfortable.
My husband and I have lived in shared accommodation all our adult lives and enjoy getting to know new lodgers. Our commitment these days is to raising our children and don’t often have time to socialise. We are looking for a friendly, independent young person looking to live in a busy, often joyful family home.
