En suite double with use of office

Double en suite room with use of office, off street parking space, sharing three bedroom house with just one female. Bills included.

The house is right next to Oldbury court, great for walks in nature, in a quiet area with your own off street parking and bus links to the city centre.

The room will contain the large wardrobe, bed and bedside tables shown in the picture, I can also add a desk/dressing table if you would like one.

The third bedroom functions as an office. It won’t contain the same furniture as what’s in the photo, but It will have a desk and exercise space with some gym equipment which you are welcome to use. We would split the use of the office, so each week you will have the sole use of it for 2-3 weekdays, so it’s ideal for hybrid workers. There is also a wardrobe in there which would be yours for extra storage. There is a separate downstairs toilet and a shed for bikes in the garden.

I bought this house with my sister who is moving out to live with her partner. We have always shared with others and like living with lodgers and housemates. I want this to feel like your home rather than just renting a room.

I work in education Mon- fri, 2-3 days per week from home. I’m very sociable, silly, creative, can be considered an oversharer, keen to try an activity or travel whenever I get the opportunity, I love dancing and music and enjoy looking after my health and fitness. Because I’m up to so much, i need my down time at home, so I spent a lot of my time when at home being a sloth in ugly pyjamas. I’d like this home to continue to feel like a friendly place to live, so I’m keen to share the odd tv series, include you in meals with my friends when they come over or have bbq’s in the summer.

I welcome imperfect and open people, excited by life, emotionally mature, who look after their living space and are good communicators. To fit the current household, would suit a full time professional, must be LGBT friendly. Regrettably, no pets due to allergies (though you will probably see me rubbing my face on the neighbours cat and later suffering the consequences).
