Double room in well connected house, modern house

Hello,

I have a good sized double room availble for rent in my new home with bills included. The house has a small garden and off street parking. The room is furnished with a double bed, matress, and wardobe (will be purchased prior to moving in).

The house is well situated being 2mins walk from:

-Main bus route into town
-Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl
-Fishponds high street
-Many pubs
-JD gym

A bit about me:

I am a 35 year old working professional in th construction industry. I am out of the house from 7am - 6pm daily working from home very occaisonally. I am big lover of sports, playing and watching (football mostly!). I play golf, padel and go to the gym regulary. I enjoy going to the pub and socialsing but my regular party days are behind me!

What I am after:

-Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful
-Working full time - no dossers
-No working from home 100% (price doesnt reflect this)
-No heavy politically minded people, I know Bristol is rife for it but I CBA with it in my home
-Just be sound
-Male or Female not bothered
