Double room in a chill, mature leftie BS16 share

Hello! We have a medium double room available mid Nov or early December in a friendly, active leftwing BS16 houseshare. We are all adults in our late 30s.

We’re looking for someone chill, considerate and leftwing in our age group who respects shared spaces and is happy to contribute evenly to shared household tasks. We have a simple shared cleaning rota, we do communal food shopping and we cook for each other about once a week each.

We all work or work and study, so it's essential that the new person respects the vibe. WFH or late night schedules won't be a fit, sorry. Also, we're all vegan or veggie. You do not need to be veggie or vegan to live here, but you'd need to commit to not having meat or fish in the house .

Income check and references needed as per landlord requirement.

Exact move-in date TBC but it'll be November or December. We're just waiting for the outgoing housemate to confirm their leaving date.

Rent is £490 + £130 bills (inc veg box). The info in the photo attached shows the previous bills cost - £130 is the correct price.
