We have 3 large furnished double rooms to rent in popular Stoke Park, next to UWE (5 minutes walk). This is one of the larger houses, not converted to smaller rooms. 4 bedrooms in total.

The rooms are very large and come with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

This is a FULL TIME STUDENT ONLY house. Each room is single occupancy only.

Ideal for people who do not have a car as UWE is very close and parking is limited.

About me: I studied estate management at UWE Bristol about 29 years ago, and I’m now a senior director in a company that sells software for contact centres. I enjoy property from a hobby perspective rather than being an agent and landlord.
