A TV and large monitor for the desk can also be provided if required as shown in the photos. The room has Velux skylights with retractable blackout blinds.

Frenchay is perfectly located for people working in Filton or the surrounding area, or even if you work in town but enjoy the peace and quiet of more rural surroundings. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the river which gets the sun for most of the day in the summer.

The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer.
All kitchenware is included so you don't need to bring your own stuff.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom with an excellent shower and there is also a downstairs WC.

The room is being offered as a house share, sharing with the landlord, a 46 year old professional. I work normal hours and am looking for someone who does the same. Another room in the house is also rented out but there are never more than 3 people sharing the house.

Free parking is available on the road. It is a very quiet street and very safe.

Frenchay is close to local supermarkets etc in Filton, Downend, Emersons Green. It is in one of the best locations in Bristol for transport links with quick access to the M4, M5, ring road, and M32 making it suitable for people working all around Bristol.

Not suitable for smokers or those with pets. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to people who need peace and quiet and enjoy natural surroundings.
