Hi, a peaceful home, close to UWE and MOD. Easy to catch a bus into Bristol from bus stop 5 mins walk away. Parking isn't bad here and there is bike storage. There is also a large garden to relax in.
I'm looking for a mature house-mate as I'm no spring chicken myself, although I often tend to forget that! Unfortunately, if you work from home, then this won't be suitable for me.
The room advertised here is a double. The bathroom would be yours and the second lodgers (in the single bedroom) as I have my own bathroom.
There is a handy shop a few doors down. There's not a cafe culture around here... Worth bearing in mind if those things are essential.
