This is a spacious detached family home in BS16, ideally located just around a 5-minute walk from UWE Frenchay Campus.

The house was originally our family home, rather than a property specifically purchased as a student rental. We are now offering the bedrooms to UWE students for the 2026/27 academic year.

As private landlords, we personally look after the property and take pride in keeping it well maintained and comfortable.

The property is approximately a 5-minute walk from UWE Frenchay Campus, making it extremely convenient for students.

There is no need for a daily bus journey to university – campus is just a short walk from home.

Local shops, supermarkets, cafés and public transport links are also nearby.

As this was originally our family home, it has been looked after as a home rather than simply as a student rental property.
