Double Room in Shared House - Cheswick Village

Hi all!

We're a house of 3 friends (and engineers) looking for a fourth to fill the spot of our housemate who's moving out.

We consider the house a great hangout spot; whether it be watching films, having the occasional meal together, doing a spot of gardening, or sticking on some records and playing some board games.

We're looking for a conscientious, clean, tidy, professional who wants to be as much a part of the house as any of the rest of us. Someone who's happy to take responsibility for keeping their part of the communal space clean and tidy, as well as ensuring they clean after themselves when cooking etc.

The location of the house is a 15 mins walk to Filton Abbey Wood station and also UWE Frenchay Bus Station (ideal to commute into town or wherever). Parking is free in the area although it can get a little crowded during term-time given the proximity to the uni. Just a stone's throw from Stoke Park Estate, you've got access to some lovely walks, and a brilliant local just past the M32.

After bills, costs come to roughly £600/625pm.
