The room available is a double bed and comes with curtains, bedside draws, wardrobe, desk and chair.
8 minute walk from UWE campus.
5 minute walk to Stoke Park bus stop.
Nearest small shops are the uni morrisons and tescos
Bigger supermarkets are not to far of a walk but we get an asda shopping delivery weekly which you could join.
We are 3 girls who like to have board game nights with wine, nice walks together, cooking meals together etc
There are 2 full bathrooms on the property with 2 people to a bathroom, yours would be upstairs.
Shared living room has a dining table for meals and 2 small sofas.
Kitchen is kitted out with an oven, gas stove, fridge freezer and washing machine, plus small appliances we have added ourselves (toaster, kettle, microwave etc)
Garden is gravel so no upkeep is required.
1 allocated parking spot with other places to park around the estate avaliable.
Landlords are very sweet couple.
