The annex

Available Monday to Friday (4 nights per week), or Monday to Thursday (3 nights per week).

A very private self contained one bedroom annex that is separate from our main home. Facilities include, en-suite bathroom, king size bed, TV, WIFI, desk area, and off street parking for one car.

This would be perfect for a single professional looking for regular accommodation 4 or 3 nights per week Monday to Friday.

You will be provided with a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, iron, hairdryer, and wardrobe.

You will also be able to park on our secure driveway and we are close to Bristol Parkway, M4, M32 and UWE.

The annex is available for 4 nights per week Monday to Friday for £625 including all bills or £500 for 3 nights per week. Includes all bills and internet, and the annex will be cleaned each fortnight for you.

This will be under a lodger agreement (not a tenancy agreement).

It is currently listed on air bnb if you wanted to try before committing to a longer term contract.
