The bedroom has a double bed with storage, a wardrobe, hangers, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamp, a desk and a chair. The bathroom is shared among 3 rooms. There is a large living area with a tv, a dining area, fridge and freezer space, a well equipped kitchen with a washer, and a large garden to enjoy the weather. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. We cherish the peace and quiet at home and are looking to host a clean and quiet individual.

There is easy access to Bristol city centre and Bath via public transport or the Bristol and Bath railway path.
On street parking available.
