Double Room in Hanham / Kingswood

Current setup of the room

My friend is moving out to live with his gf so his old room will be available for rent.

Double room in a shared house, currently me and 1 other friend living here. The room is available furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. All of the belongings in the photos will be removed however I can provide and furniture needed. Feel free to decorate the room within reason if you desire.

We are two friends living in the house, we’re looking for a housemate is easy going and tidy. Ideally someone who is happy to be social but also to have their own independent things going on.

I’ve not been in the house that long and have been doing up the house slowly over the last year or so, I will be doing up the garden, and may hope to upgrade the kitchen as well later down the line.

Street is quiet so is handy for parking.

It’s roughly a 10 min walk down to Hanham to catch the bus, or 15 mins towards kingswood.

Small nature reserve at the end of the road which is a great spot for walks.
