I work full time as a doctor, and in my free time I go to the gym, run, read, socialise on weekends and watch the grand prix when it’s on. Been living here for more than a year and I love it. Landlord is very supportive and responsive. I do work some weekends, nights and long-days, so you would have the flat to yourself often.
