The room has a double bed, a desk, and a chair and wardrobe. You will have your private bathroom, with a bathtub.

The flat has two bedrooms. I live in the other room, an en-suite.

I am a 35 years professional, based in Bristol. I will be away most of the time because my partner is abroad. So you can enjoy the whole living room most of the time. I’d like to have someone who is responsible and can take care of the house when I am away. When I am back in Bristol, I usually focus on my work but also hope we can chat and share meals occasionally.

PS: I am going away on 13 August. So if interested, you need to pay some deposit to secure the room before that date and then you can have the key.

My current lodger will move out on 1 September. View available 8-10 August.
