Sharing a very spacious living/dining room (with balcony!), kitchen and bathroom with one other person.

Happy to leave the room furnished with king-sized bed, double wardrobe and small chest of drawers - otherwise unfurnished.

You will be sharing with one flatmate, 29 y/o female. Happy to share with anyone tidy, respectful and okay doing their own thing as well as having some social time.

The room is for a single occupant only, and no pets sadly
