Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 1 bed flat right in the centre of Bristol on Marsh Street, BS1.

The biggest selling point here is definitely the location — you’re literally walking distance from Harbourside, the city centre, Park Street, Wapping Wharf, Cabot Circus, gyms, cafes, bars, restaurants and major bus routes. Ideal for anyone working in the centre or wanting proper city living without relying on transport all the time.

Although technically advertised as a room, in reality you would have the whole flat to yourself 99.9% of the time. I’m very rarely there and mainly just keep some belongings at the property. On the very occasional rare occasion I may need to stay overnight, I’d use the sofa, but this would genuinely be once in a blue moon.
