Looking for a new flatmate to move into my two-bedroom harbourside flat.

The flat is a modern top-floor apartment in The Crescent and Villa, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area, and a balcony overlooking the harbourside. It gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and has fantastic views from the balcony.

The available room is a furnished double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and there's plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The building has a large private car park, and the room includes its own parking space. The location is ideal—right on the harbourside and within easy walking distance of Bristol city centre, Wapping Wharf, and the train station.

I've lived here for over a year and really enjoy the flat and area. My current flatmate is moving to the USA, so I'm looking for someone to move in around late July or early August.

A bit about me: I'm 27, male, and work as a researcher at UCL. Outside of work I enjoy playing sport, reading, cooking, exploring Bristol, and heading to the pub with friends. I'm looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy flatmate who'll be a good fit for a relaxed and sociable home.
